cost?
The price of a ridgeblade
has not yet been set, but we are committed to making the ridgeblade
one of the most cost-effective generation system available to householders, so
it won’t cost the earth!
How is it attached to a roof?
The ridgeblade
uses the same mounting system as solar cells, with no special tools or skills
needed, so a system can be fitted by a certified installer to a standard roof
within a day.
Will my house be suitable?
Not every house will be suitable for a
ridgeblade, for example flat roofs will not be
appropriate. However, the majority of houses (with a pitched roof) could use a
ridgeblade.
Do you need planning permission?
The ridgeblade
has been designed to blend in to the landscape, causing minimal intrusion, and
we have liaised closely with planning authorities throughout the design
process. In addition, we are working towards MCS
Certification (Microgeneration Certification Scheme), which it is hoped , in
due course, will provide the ridgeblade with permitted development
status.
Can I be a Distributor/Dealer in my
country?
The potential market for
ridgeblade in many countries is huge, so we are
looking to partner with organisations who have sufficient resources to maximise
the market potential of the ridgeblade
in their particular territory. Potential partners should also have a good
understanding of the local commercial and regulatory framework. If you think
